By installing and using Stream Notifier ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.
Stream Notifier is a browser extension that provides notifications when streamers on Twitch, YouTube, and Kick go live. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stream Notifier for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The free version allows monitoring of 1 channel with basic notifications. No account or payment required.
PRO features are unlocked with a one-time payment of $4.99 USD. This is a lifetime license and is non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for:
Stream Notifier and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Extension relies on third-party APIs from Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. We are not responsible for:
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAM NOTIFIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the PRO version ($4.99 USD) in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stream Notifier from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
We may terminate or suspend your access to PRO features if you violate these Terms. Free version access may also be terminated for violations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stream Notifier regarding the Extension.
